Recovery of hydrocarbons from the sludge tank
The tanks treatment developed by Idratech is aimed at resolving problems related to product storage, removal of sludge and maintenance of tanks in oil refineries.
Its innovative features allow:
- volume reduction of sludge tank;
- reducing the cost of disposal of waste residual waste;
- recovery of hydrocarbons to be reprocessed in the production process;
- reducing the time needed for reclamation.
The technology is based on the emulsion of the sludge deposited in the bottom of tanks, through the installation of hardware for the circulation of the mixture and the addition of specific chemicals (surfactants, detergents, dispersants, plasticizers, unemulsifiers), hydrocarbon products and / or water .
The treatment is applicable to tanks of raw materials, finished products and semi-processed oil, but also whenever it is possible to recover from sewage sludge and organic and/or hydrocarbon fractions that can be sent back to the production cycle.
